Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by CourtesyPro Hoffman Estates Landscapers, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use our landscaping services.

Services Provided

We provide professional landscaping services including but not limited to lawn care, landscape design and installation, hardscaping, irrigation systems, tree care, and related outdoor maintenance services. All services are subject to availability and scheduling. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

Estimates and Pricing

All estimates provided are based on the information available at the time of the site visit. Final pricing may vary if site conditions differ from the initial assessment. We will notify you of any significant price changes before proceeding with work. Prices are subject to change without notice for future projects. Payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement or invoice.

Scheduling and Cancellations

We will make every effort to arrive during the scheduled service window. Weather conditions, equipment issues, or other unforeseen circumstances may require us to reschedule. If you need to cancel or reschedule a service, please provide at least 24 hours notice when possible. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Property Access

You agree to provide clear access to all areas where work will be performed. This includes unlocking gates, moving vehicles, and securing pets during our scheduled service time. If we are unable to access your property or complete the work due to blocked access, you may be charged a service call fee. Please mark or identify any hidden obstacles such as sprinkler heads, underground utilities, or sensitive plants before our arrival.

Warranty and Guarantees

We stand behind the quality of our work. Specific warranties for plants, sod, or hardscaping materials will be outlined in your service agreement. Maintenance services are performed with professional care, but we cannot guarantee results that depend on factors beyond our control such as weather, pests, or diseases. Any concerns about our work should be reported within 7 days so we can address them promptly.

Limitation of Liability

While we carry insurance and take precautions to protect your property, we are not liable for damage to unmarked or hidden items such as sprinkler systems, underground utilities, or lawn decorations. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage to hardscaping, structures, or plants. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for informing us of any special concerns, property hazards, or specific requirements before work begins. You must maintain any installed systems according to the care instructions provided. Failure to follow care instructions may void warranties. You agree to keep your contact information current so we can reach you regarding scheduling or service issues.

Dispute Resolution

If you have any concerns about our services, please contact us directly so we can resolve the issue. We are committed to customer satisfaction and will work with you to address any problems. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through direct communication will be subject to the laws of the State of Illinois.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.
